Fastwin 18 steering

I am wondering if it is possible to convert a 1973 fastwin 18 from tiller to stick steer. The motor is on an open 14ft flatbottom that is begging for a stick steer motor.

sure easy but expensive. http://www.ezyglide.com/ you need the set, and the universal connection kit.

Now how about throttle and shift controls. I realy want this for this boat.
