year and info on my motor?

As the round motor tag reads, any help on identity, ie year and otherwise will be greatly appreciated, need a starting point for troubleshooting small issues and have no ideas on the motor identity to get started.

1981 Johnson 140 with power trim and 20" shaft.
BTW. thats an I, not a 1 in the second to last digit of the model number.
