I'd probably hunt up a piece of soft copper tubing,+ make my own....

#8 in that picture is a seal, I assume you mean #6 ????

well fab it , it is. 209 is redic for a 8 inch piece of copper.

If it is just a hole or a split, I would think any good plumbing shop should be able to solder a copper patch on it.

I think you are going to find that fabing that piece to fit and actually seal and not leak at either end is going to be a lot more difficult than you think. But good luck, and hope you get it made.
That is a big problem with the Volvo 4 cylinder OHC engines. Parts prices are rediculous.

Why silver solder? Normal (lead and tin) won't stand up to the vibration for any length of time.

Hmmmm,... My 1st thought was to Braze it.....

'course, I carry a set of Blue-Tip wrenches,+ a few Lb.s of coated brazing rod on my pickup/ portable Toolbox.....
