How do i fix the D ring on the bow of the boat if its not accessable?

I just bought a 79 EBKO fiberglass tri-hull fishing boat. I got it running and the first time out when I was trailering it the D ring broke off. I am not sure how to fix it cause as far as I know there is not access to the inside of the hull in the bow of the boat. Any suggestions?
