1984 Evenrude 70HP Removing Starter???

i have an 1984 Evenrude 70Hp motor and don't see how to remove the starter. I removed the 2 bolts on the right side but starter is still solid. is there more bolts some where? do you need to remove the carbs to remove it? any advise is welcome.

there is one more bolt facing the front

no, but you may have to remove the silencer (black plastic carb cowling)

ok, thanks. will i need a new gasket then to replace that cover?

Its always a good idea to replace gaskets.
