Engine fuel, oil and vacum lines have all been replaced. Oil tank has been cleaned, refilled and all clamps replaced. No leaks detected. VRO primed prior to fuel as per manufactures specs. Bench tested the engine for one hour, no problems. Checked the oil line the next morning and the oil had drained back down the clear oil line. Ran the engine with mixed fuel. After five minutes of running the oil tubed filled and I switched back to non mixed fuel. Engine ran fine. Again today after sitting overnight the oil level has dropped back down the line. I am stumped at this point in time! I need advice please.

im not sure how you initially got all the air out of the lines but once you got the hose hooked up to the pump, and bulb/lines primied, the bulb should stay firm.... if not you have a leak somewhere.... if you dont have any leaks around the pump i suspect the bulb is leaking by... thats the only thing that i can think of....

if the VRO was faulty/ diafragm broke i think the motor wouldnt be running at WOT or bad performance... so i suspect the bulb...
