Hello,

I've acquired a Mariner Lightning 2hp outboard recently. The model description is: 2 H.P. (EXPORT). It's also sold as a Mercury model.

Now I need some parts:
- oil seal, part number 26 832386
- fuel valve, part number 22 832409
- idle mixture screw, part number 10 832418

It seems that these parts are not available anymore in Europe. Does anyone know where I could buy these parts? I live in the Netherlands.

Are there alternatives for these parts, perhaps from another manufacturer?

Best regards,

Gerry

go to your local mercury dealer, the smaller the dealer some times helps they can get you the part, but it may cost you a bit extra because its an export. thats what i do most of the time when i cant find a similar motor for parts.

If this does not work for you try looking for another motor or two of the same make and everything take the best of the two or three and swap parts here there and everywhere to get your self one that runs great, or maybe even two.

Good luck

Thanks for the advice! I've sent a message to boats.net. Let's see what happens.
