What tool do you use - Carb - big orifice - Float vale assembly-

I got a 1987 90HP but I'm sure they all pretty much the same. Not seeing a screwdriver big enough. I was thinking, if I had a vise big enough to take a hammer and chisel and hit one corner of orifice pushing it in the right direction. Once it gets started I don't think it will be a problem. Any suggestions ?

It is #19 (the orifice part).
