How do I set throttle timing on 25 Mariner?

Hello all, I have a 1985 25hp Mariner that I posted a thread on earlier about a problem not idling. I have since realized that it is a throttle timing issue. My question is can anybody tell me how to properly set the timing on this motor. Please help....Thanks.

You need to do a link & sync and you need a manual to do it properly.
