Hi,
Got an Evinrude 4 hp, 47B36B B55896 and wonder
-what year is it
-where to find an owner's manual (download)
-where to find a repair manual and/or some (parts) drawings (download)
-is there an impeller that should be replaced
-is there some gear lubrication (type) that should be replaced

Right here on iboats
If motor is an unknown quantity the replace impeller immediately
Change lower unit oil as well. Manual will tell all for grade of oil.
