Carb kit for 74 Johnson 15 HP

I'm in need of a carb kit with float for a Johnson 15 HP 1974 model. The varnish is flaking off of the cork float. Also, when I screwed out the idle adjustment needle, the rubber grommet around the needle fell apart from dry rot. I'm letting the carb soak in carb cleaner. The online stores that I have checked so far have the kit without the float. I'm also curious as to whether that little rubber grommet/washer is included in the kit. Thanks....Kevin.

The screw grommet and float are included in the OEM kit.
