year cycle, stroke size of mariner 40

I have a boat that the owner says was a 1975 and the motor was supposed to be the original. but I am unable to find any listing on the number that i got off of the motor. it is as follows. 676-L51368. can anyone shed some light on this for me, I need to order my seloc manual so I can find out how to wire up the ignition switch. Ty.

I have also searched all the mercury sites explained on another thread and I have not been able to find a good match on my number from the engine. 676-L51368 I know its a 1975 and it does have 2 spark plugs thats it.
