Evinrude 3 hp lightwin seals

If I have to take off the lower gearcase housing because of a leak, is there a seal between housing and leg itself that has to be replaced? I think I see a seal on the impeller shaft is there any other seals? Thanks for any replys in advance.

There are only seal's between prop, and drive shaft's. Plus a o-ring around the gearcase prop shaft bearing head.
