ok! put new clutch dog in. new foward gear. new seals in nice and flush. no scores on the drive shaft seal. put my gasket sealer on everything! that needs to be sealed.

even my screws

gonna let it dry till 2moro. i used a equilvalent of loctite 518 sealant. it basically works when it suffacates of air.

2moro ill put oil in. attach gearcase. test water pump. then break the baby in!:D

today or tomorrow ill fill the gear case up and let it idle for a good amount of time to break the gears in

my break in procedure is the first 6 gallons of gas dont go past half throttle? then the next 6 gallons brief periods of full throttle back throttle off so its just not planing. then change gear oil and refill?
