2003 Ficht 225 shutting down

One of my motors will suddenly quit. No sputtering, no lights or alarms. Happens at high speeds or trolling slow. After it shuts down I have to wait about 10 minutes to restart. Then it runs fine for an hour or so and then it quits again. Why the wait to restart? I thought maybe a fuel problem but fuel looks good. Please help.

When it quits is everything dead such as starter and guages or wiil it crank over but will not start?

It will not crank at all. Completely dead until the "waiting period" is over.

Check all battery connections positive and negative at battery and motor, replace wing nuts on battery with locknuts if not already. Check the power relay and connections to PDP (fuse panel).
