I've seen those square shoes and no matter what I do I still can't bring myself to like them. They look like something Lurch would wear.

Mrs WO would say, "why are you always looking down at their feet?" A past peeve of mine used to be the big round toed clownish shoes that girls wore a few years back. Yuk!

However, I have some family members that wear them and I see some people at church with them...

They look like they increase your shoes size by 2xs.

I had a pair of square toe boots in the 70's, had a pair of cockroach killers too, Frye Boots all the way baby. I'm too old for that crap now, I wear moccasins till they basically rot off my feet.
