i have a 1949 1-1/2 h.p. evinrude prototype that was given to the flying fisherman,gattybout gadis for his many years promoteing evinrudes,the motor has a display stand an is in new condition,if anyone can provide any info or photos of this event please PM me. i've had the motor for about 12 years,i would like for it to get the attn. it deserves,robert

I remember Gadabout Gaddis well and I have a 1948 Gale (Sea King) version of the little popper 1.5HP.
