Should I run it out of gas everytime ( fuel injected) it takes about 10 min. Am I hurting the injectors or not?

No. treat it like your car. Fuel in the system keeps all those flexible seals/gaskets supple.

Unless you are in a freeze area, then i would suggest you follow the winterization procedure in the manual.

You can remove hose, flush engine on with clear water untill completely drops dead. Will have an excellent 10 minute water flush. To consume or not all gas, will depend entirely on the engine frequency use.
