If that happens to be the serial number maybe someone can. If not. . .no.

We really need the model number that is on the transom clamp unless the outboard was stolen and the identification removed in order to sell it in a non-title, non-registration state. The serial number would be on the same label as the model number.

Where, exactly, did you find that number?

Beats me !!!! I almost went cross eyed looking at all the listed numbers.
How about what is on the transom bracket (port side) or on the quarter sized plug on the block. A photo would get us all nearer.

To determine the year model for a Johnson or Evinrude outboard, the model number, rather than the serial number, is needed.
