Johnson 115 2004 boggs down

After a period of time at low knots the engine starts to miss and then when try and take off the engine boggs down and stalls. After continually trying it eventually takes off and is fine at high revs until once again going at low revs.

The motor has had new spark plugs.

Any ideas what the problem may be?

Need to start with a basic health check of the motor. Post your findings and go from there. Could be one or more of several things.
Compression
Spark
Fuel delivery
Spark plug condition

I have rebuilt carbys, drained all old fuel out and replaced with premium, have replaced the spark plugs.

After rebuilding the carby's the motor idled really well and went well but then after a while of cruising at slow speeds (idling) the same problem started, missing and then would not accelerate and stall.

There is not any problem at cruising speed though it goes well.

Also when idling occasionally the no oil alarm comes on, when I turn the motor off and restart there is no alarm.

When it does start to miss and idle slower I squeeze he bulb and it fires back up and runs well.
