I need some diagnostic socket for yamah F250 outboard motors. It is a 3 pin fe-mail socket. please help me

Are you talking about the one that connects to a laptop?

Yes. there is an interface that connect to laptop with usb and to boat with a 3pin connector. I need 3 pin connector.

Are you trying to make your own cable and voltage adapter box to hook to your laptop using the Yamaha Diagnostic Software, or do you need to repair the connector on an existing factory interface cable?

You do realize that you need the Yamaha diagnostic software and drivers to be able to read the infomation that comes from the ECM. The harness comes with the software.

I want make a new diagnosti Hardware and software , so I need some that connector.

your going to need 68F-85300-01-00.
this should update to a slighlty different number as this is the 03 tool manual.
you may have to buy this number and then the version 1.3 software.
but this kit is enough to install the YDIS into a compatible computer and start.
