Who has 3 step ladder on SX-195 Glastron???

The 2 step ladder currently on the boat is not long enough to get in/out easy. I am looking for a factory replacement (or close to it) to replace it. I want it to bolt in to the existing holes without drilling any new holes. Any suggestions out there? Thanks

The year is a 2003 model.

some times you just have to put 3m 5200 into existing holes, and drill new ones.

If you are going to go through the trouble of putting a new ladder on it why not just go right for a 4 step ladder?

I might be in the same boat as you. I have a two step ladder that fits nicely in a molded in groove. I would love to go to a 3 or 4, but would it fit in the same groove on my Stingray? I guess I am wondering if you are asking something similar. Does you Glastron's ladder sit in a molded in recession?

No not really, it screws into the back of the boat slightly underneath the rear deck with plastic clips it folds into for locking in place in the up position.

I've looked for one for my '04 SX195 and Glastron says they don't have them anymore and Windline says they don't have the parts to build any new ones either.

If you find one you like PM me as I'm looking for a three step as well.

I have a telescoping 3-step that I put on my 2000 SX 195. All you have to do is measure for the correct width(inside measurement between verticals, or outside measurement of the stock brackets) and you can find them all over.

I bought a Windline over the platform ladder for 40.00 on Ebay and removed the brackets. It bolted right up to my stock ladder location. here is an example of the one I have. Sorry I don't currently have a picture but I can take one if requested.

I finally found the exact 3step Windline ladder that was made for my 2004 SX195 brand new on eBay. Before that I was looking at buying one of their current models and as you say, bolting the new steps to my old brackets. I didn't want to drill any new holes either.
