Has anyone ever had to change the front pedistal floor plate? My question is can I purchase only the brass insert for this plate?

I don't think you can get just the bushing. I know I couldn't on my Stratos. The entire mount should be pretty easy to change out. You could rob bushings from another mount or have one made at a machine shop.
