forward steer for an 81 25hp

G'Day all,
After some advice re forward steer for an 81 25hp, can anyone tell me what would be required to convert from tiller steer to forward steer

steering helm, wheel,cable, engine connection. remote control for throttle and shift.

Got the helm, wheel and cable.
Got the control box. need whatever required to connect shift and throttle cables to motor itself
