Leak on OMC cobra outdrive

Hi all! First post! I have done a lot of reading on here, but seem to not be able to find an answer. I have a 95 3.0L w/ cobra outdrive. When I put the boat in the water, it does not leak until I start the engine. It will not take on any water at all without the motor running. What runs through the transom that could possibly be leaking water? Any ideas on how to test this out of the water? Thanks...

Have you gone back while it's running and looked to see where the water is coming from? It could be coming from a number of places.
Being a 95, I have to assume it's the SX/Cobra and has a raw water pump belt driven off the engine?

It appears to be coming close to where the hydraulic lines go through the transom. If you are looking at the transom from inside the boat, it is leaking to the right of the water inlet for the raw water pump.

Are you sure it's not leaking from the steering arm lever seal and running down?

I wouldn't even know where to look for that. Any chance of you having a diagram of that or tell me where to look closer?

Can you post a picture of where the leak is? That would be easier than me looking for pictures of where it might be leaking.
