Well guys it ended up being the link and sinc. Hard to believe something so simple could cause the motor to run like that. Thanks for all the input. John

I thought you said you did the sync and link and it did not help

Well did the link and sinc no change. Checked the comp. again 110 across the board. spark is good. Still seems like a fuel problem. When I pull the bottom plug wires off theres no change and if I choke out the bottom carb no change. Seems like bottom cyls are loading up. new carb no change new pumps no change. Is there anyplace else fuel could be dumping into the bottom cly. from. Thanks John

I know what you mean.
Reading my manual on sync and link did not make any sense either the way they stated the steps.
Even Rodbolt said what was written is hard to make sense of and just told me how he does it.
