Changeing From a Volvo 280 1.8 Too a 1.6

I was looking for a spare 1.8 drive for my 1985 Bayliner 2460 But all I can find are 1.6 I am running a 17 pitch prop on the 1.8 and was wondering what prop I wood need to be able to run the 1.6 on my boat Thanks for any help in not getting the wrong prop.

Ayuh,... I would Guess an 11" or 13" prop... Maybe a 15", but I doubt it would make it's RPM goals...

The 1.89 ratio drives are pretty rare. Volvo didn't put out many six cylinder motors back then. What engine do you have in your boat?
