Well i did start with a bear Creek(I think) mix, but added fresh carrots, a yellow onion, celery, garlic chunks, red potatoes, 1 spicy Italian sausage, left over steak, and some spices....wow it smells good! But will be another 3 hours before ready! And this has got to be low calorie and healthy!
