I have a 99 J5REE that is not peeing out the pee hole. I have replaced the impeller and other water pump parts. This motor has a flushing port near the pee hole. If I take that plug out and run the motor water flows from it plentiful, but when I put the plug in nothing wants to come out of the pee hole. Water exiting the flushing port makes me believe the water pump is working and pulling water from below. Any ideas? Is there corrosion somewhere inside? Can you Leave the flushing port open and it act as the pee hole? Don't know what the flow of water is, and if that will cool all necessary parts? Its real hot when you first open it and then pours cool water. Any help is much appreciated.

try cleaning out the pee hose, and a paper clip into the fitting at the block.

I tried cleaning it with a wire and no luck. Maybe I need something more flexible.

After messing with it for awhile I've got water coming out, but not like it used to. It is spurting air with the water thats coming out, and it never really cools down. The water/air are pretty warm. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with the same motor. Did you find a solution?
