I've got a question about my new Alpha 1 gen 2

I finished my install of the new Alpha 1 gen 2 outdrive. Everything went great but one thing. Where the bolts pass thrrough the upper and connect it, there is a little hole near the the bottom mounting hole on the right does anybody know what it is or atleast what im talking about?

Ayuh,... That's where the continuity washer is screwed on...

well the screw that goes in there wont fit on the new unit. the hole is bigger. there are no threads in the hole. should I find another screw and thread the hole???

wait a minute.. that basically connects everything together as far as protection goes right? Let me know if I'm right. It would make sense!
