1976 200hp evinrude air silencer cover**HELP**

Hello- I am looking for a air silencer cover part#0387871. I have been on many different websites and the part is no longer available. Also made many phone calls to area marinas that are BRP certified in maintaince and/or parts specialist. I am wondering if anyone knows where i would be able to get ahold of one of these or if a aftermarket part number is available and where to go to purchase. If no one knows of this...Could someone tell me if there is a way to fix the cover and manually make one, if another year and make would fit, etc. etc. Thanks for looking and anyones help....

That cover was used on thousands of crossflow V6 engines over the years. From 1976 through 1982. It is extremely common. The part number changed for 83-91, to 320930-but the cover looks to be the same. Not sure if the actual shape changed or if they put a different label on the cover and had to change the part number.
