Fuel Oil Mix for old Evinrude Fisherman

I don't know too much about this motor that I just bought. Its an Evinrude Fisherman. I think its a 1961, and I think it would be a 24:1 fuel/oil mixture but not sure.

The Serial # is 5522-09861

Can you guys let me know?
1. What's the year?
2. What is the fuel oil ratio?
3. Is it a 5.5HP?

I had and ran a 5522 for many years. What a great engine. Quiet. Great fuel economy. Great 'lil engine... It moved my 16' pontoon boat nicely!

That is great to hear. The guy I bought the boat from fired up the motor in the dead of winter using a bucke of water. It started right up and ran smooth. I can't wait until the ice melts!
