top cap bolt stuck

while servicing out drive i thought i would take a peek under top cap but only 3 bolts came out ,one wount budge. any sugestions nothing wrong just thought i 'd check.

Shouldn't really be taking the cover of 'just to check'...

One stuck bolt... Use a hammer and drift and give it a good sharp hit.... Or an impact driver with a 12 point 3/8" socket. If it doesn't come after that, put the other bolts back in...

thats what i did , thanx. waiting on my waterpump ,getting jittery i guess.

That has to be tourqed to 20# when reinstalled.J

oxygen acetylyne works very well for that.

i tried a propane torch a little but did not heat it very long,too chicken.
