Does anyone know if you can get parts for this year outboard? if so where? are they expensive because its so old? phone numbers will be helpful

That would be a 5.4hp Zephyr, four cylinder. Is that what you have? Parts for it won't be easy. What do you need?

The first thing you need to do is get a parts list for your exact model #. If you ask, somebody at www.aomci.org Ask-A-Member forum might post a parts list. Armed with part numbers, first try an Evinrude dealer. You might be surprised and find it still available. But they won't give you the time of day without the part number. Another good source of obsolete parts is www.sea-way.com The aomci site also has a free classified ads forum where you can ask and see if you can find what you need. And finally, they have a links page directing you to a number of club members that have parts.

Expensive???? Chuckle. Even new motor's parts are expensive.
