This engine should have plastic carbs, which are seperate from the throttle bodies, should not need a link and sync. carbs come off without removing the throttle body.

Make sure the link n sync is done properly or you can just buy a new engine.

Yeh I was wondering what they were talkin about, when I did mine I left the throttle body manifold on the engine, there was no need to link and sync because I didn't have to disturb the linkages to remove the carbs.
The plastic carbs are super simple to clean.

Spent $500 for 3 carbs last year.....It is a total rip off but hey, if you can't do it yourself then it is what it is.........

I can do it but it was not my boat and I didn't have time.......paid it and it ran great!!!

Nice, that makes life a lot easier. The rest of the cleaning and installing the carb kit is easy.
