Try taking your hose off where it connects to the heads and see if its pumping water through them?
Also i had the same problem, took the boat to the shop had impeller replaced, pumped water good for a week then barely dribbled,so i put whole new pump instead of just impeller with same results.
Finally i took and stuck a tooth pick in the elbow indicator and started getting water.didn't take long and no water again. Finally i just took the elbow indicator off the motor and found that it was clogged with a piece of wood, started the motor without the indicator on just incase anymore small pieces of wood where lurking in there.Reinstalled ther indicator and has peed like no tomorrow since.
Incase you dont know what the elbow indicator is?it's the deal that your tell tail hose hooks to.

Hope this helps?
Shane.

no still no water since replaced the water pump.... i had the boat working fine a couple of days ago pumping water and everything but the boat was left outside hooked up to the water hose and it got cold enough that the water in the water hose froze. :(so i thought maybe the water pump was ruined so we replaced it and still no water pumping any ideas of what it may be??

Are you sure it isn't just a little trash in the pee hole? It doesn't take more than a couple of grains of sand to clog that hole up. Stick a small piece of leader wire up that hole and see if it doesn't open it up. Just a thought.
