One local man did ... moral of the story, be careful how much you drink, at some point anything looks good!

Police say 55-year old Donald Wolfe of Brookville was arrested for public drunkeness after witnesses reportedly saw him trying to resuscitate a dead opossum along side of a highway.
It happened Thursday on Route 36 in Oliver Township. According to police, several witnesses saw Wolfe giving the dead animal mouth to mouth.
Wolfe was arrested for public drunkenness but his story of trying to save the opossum has made international news, all the way to Australia.

Down here in the South, we gauge the resuscitation effort for hit-and-run critters on how much room we have left in the freezer....

To prove to the possum it could be done.

Or if you live south of Virginia you can substitute armadillo for possum
