Age of 100 Hp Evinrude??

Can anyone tell me what year this 100 Hp Evinrude was built? The numbers on it are 100999S and J0004207. We think it may be a 1979?? Thank you.

We need the full model number which is found on a placard on the clamp bracket. It will start with E100 (evinrude 100hp)

The trailing S is for a model run during the year.
