Ok so i was trying to change this damn light bulb in the trailer and i can't for the life of me figure out how it comes apart

i don't understand if the clear plastic is suppose to just pry off? The clear part is attached to this black part which hooks on the trailer and wont come out.

I doubt that it pries off- chance you'd lose it on a bumpy road. I'd pull the whole assmebly off and take a look at the backside of it...

the clear lense wouldn't fall out it's actually has a red housing around it you can kinda see it sitting above it on the trailer.

The clear plastic cover is not meant to be removed. That is a Wesbar waterproof design. You can order replacements and them come with the black base. You replace it as a unit. There is a left and right assembly. Looks like you need the right side one.

You have to replace the clear plastic assembly, as mentioned. You can remove it from the external housing by removing the entire light assembly.

While you're at it go with LED's.

haha i made that decision as soon as i read that i couldn't replace just the bulbs lol
