Water in oil volvo penta 99

Hey guys I need some help trouble shooting my Volvo Penta 5L DP. The motor runs great, water temp stays between 150 - 175, oil pressure between 40 - 80. I just replaced both riser gaskets and replaced a broken valve spring. Oil is milky after a fresh oil change and after 30 mins of running. Please help me out!

Thanks for the responses and tomorrow I will be testing the block for cracks (fingers crossed) although everything points in that direction. I just find it hard to believe that an engine with a cracked block can run so well and with a lot power but who knows I'm not a mechanic.
