I had to replace i piece of my plywood floor. What coating should I put on my new piece? The other pieces look like they have some clear coating on them...thanks!

Can use polyurethane or epoxic paint, apply 2 coats of marine varnish on both sides to protect floorboards after painting.

Re: Plywood floor coating?

When I replaced my decking I used West Marines Boaters Polyester Resin. I coated the bottom before installing the decking and coated the top two times and a layer of glass. I even used it to coat all my trim boards as well. Works great and easy to use.
