I have a 75 mercury 650 i got from a friend. It had a bad starter so we replaced it. When doing so my friend brike the starter seloind so I replace that no there is no spark. I have voltage at the red and white wires. I replace the Green wire going to the coil. The engine had spark before the old starter went bad. I could use some help.

I hop these help. I ran a jumper from the W/B to the black wire and disconected the blue wire then put to TDC on #1 and grounded the blue wire no spark.

I got the boat for free to sell I don't want to spend a bunch on it. If it is the switch box how much do they cost? I found one on ebay for around $230 dose this sound right?

Does it crank, it's hard to see in the third picture if the ground wire is connected to the small terminal to the right on the solenoid. One side is hot from the keyswitch and the other side goes to ground. It may be there, I just can't tell from the picture.
