Have had nothing but ignition problems with this 1995 60 Merc 3cyl, 2stroke.Replaced coils with one shop saying stator,trigger and switch box OK.Ran 2 hours started misfiring by the time back to ramp 1 cyl. 2nd Merc mechanic said both stator and switch box were no good( low voltage from 2 coils on stator and consequently damaged switch box) Replace with new CDI compnents,less than one hour on water lost 1 maybe 2 cylinders,made it to ramp.GVot home and simple spark test showed spark bat at all 3 cyl's.My guess when my mech. gets to it 1 or both new compents damage3d again.Its going to be tough then to force a warranty issue .Something is still wrong@!!! Mech says trigger ok ,can't see any grounding problems, I am broke, ready to give up!!! Help ,
