Fuel leak

I have an 1999 Mercury 150 Optimax that is leaking fuel through the water cooling system. On start-up, there is a fuel film on the water where the coolant water exits the powerhead via the blow hole. Anybody have any ideas on the source of the leak.

Stuck float in carb maybe. bowl running over

do you see raw fuel mix leaking out the exhaust when the motor is off ? if not i'm leaning towards exhast cover gaskets .
