Hi All! I have this 2007 sea ray with a 2006 Mercury HP 115, OB EFI, thats all the name i get from it!

She was fine when I put her to bed some 8 months ago for the winter, today was the first time starting her and then it happen, I get a FUEL FAULT alarm, mechanic said it could be water in the separator causing that.. this seem right to anyone here?
when the fuel gauge turns on all I get is dashes (-.-) instead of digits (0.0) or 55.9 gal! would water cause this to happen? Any ideas on what to check for? lose wire, bad fuse? Thank!

God Bless!!!
