Hello all.
For some time now I have experienced dreadful leaks in my 14 foot aluminum, I have read good things about the product "GLUVIT". So I went out and bought two quarts just in case I may need more than one. I took the boat off the trailer, flipped it and placed it in the garage for this sealing job.
In the past I used 3M 5200 for a temporary fix, but it soon became an endless saga of very wet sneakers out on the water
! So my big question is before I sand down the hull, should I also remove the 5200 from all the seams and rivets that I covered in the past? Or just go over it entirely?
Thanks, Tao
