Micron csc extra shark white

Scored some free micron csc share white.
how much will i require for a 16ft boat?
also is there any prep needed to apply this?

I guess sanding it is to save money on the primer that i would otherwise need.
now since its on a trailer, the hard part will be to get it off it!
well i am not doing it just yet..i need to deal with electrical work first and that will be tomorrow.
