the two small water outlet ports on the undrerside of the motor at the back do not spew out the same amount of water. the one going to the side i think is fine, good stream and cool water however the back port only sends out a sputtering amount of water and the water is hot. I pushed a wire up the hole but found no blockage. I just bought this motor used it is a 2003, it is running good through . Should I be concerned
