Hello!

My first post here. I checked the forum for any similar problem but I did not find a solution so I turned to you for help.

I have Tohatsu TLDI MD50B EPTOL. Last year I changed the impeller on my outboard and just did a test using water from ear-muff stuff. It seemed ok. Today I wanted to open the boating season and everything was fine except that I noticed water coming out from the hole from the upper part of the lower unit (facing Trim and Tilt mechanism). Engine was running on idle using water from ear-muff. Is this normal and I just haven't notice it before or is something wrong? I checked service manual but did not find any answer.

Thanks ivke

For better understanding I attached the picture for location of the leak.
