i guy's,can y use jonhson box unit control and put the cable for my force 50 hp 1988 on hit,i already fit the box and the cable(for jonhson) on my force,looks like it's o.k. in my yard,but y dont think is good idea go on water like that.and if you have place in montreal for boat piece,or force like cable or what ever is appreciate,because y shop from e-bay for steering kit and when y receive it coast me another 60$ for the douane and y already pay like 120$ for that,thanks gang and hello all of you!!

or can i use some kit for modifie the end of cable to fit the jonhson cable to force cable end,i don't know if the marine shop sale that thing?

Usually trying different control boxes won't work.There is a difference in length of throw and shifting and accelerating won't work well if it wrks at all.J

but i dont try it on lake,just in my yards,so i cant tell is run perfect like that.i have the force box control unit but miss the arm,if i take wisegrip i can move the mecanisme perfect,but the arm cost about 75$ and not include shiping and handling.so if y continue to purchase all little thing la that,she cost me a lot for this boat,and i try to find can i fix hit and cost me to much,i try to figure what can i do,if i do all to fast,is not good,all time is miss something,you what you doing if you are in my position?
